New review: Everything has changed, this is not the hotel I knew. The curry they making is not authentic, something they are adding it's for sure. I ordered butter chicken and I'm telling you, it was not butter chicken. The beef is not properly prepared, I ordered beef fry and they didn't prepare it properly. I very much doubt that they actually lost their valuable chefs it's very clear. Because u can see my previous review below, my entire family loves this restaurant, but don't know, now it's not more authentic in tastes.

Old review: This review is after several visits. The chef is this restaurant has got some serious skills, has a taste for what he cooks and believe me, I have had the Arabian dishes, the Schezwan rice and noodles, the mushroom chilly and pepper fry, prawns biriyani and even the veg meals on multiple occasions and has NEVER let me down. And this, I am saying as a collective experience, of my parents and my wife. May God bless this chef and this restaurant, it's one place to trust for a tasty dining experience. I would say it's a good choice to be for a family's day out, the best in Karunagapally town...

We were a group of 11 people. As we didn't have enough time to wait for food, we enquired beforehand whether they were having the food ready with them. They said they have 6 veg meals ready to serve. So the rest of the people among us ordered chicken biriyani. At first we were seated separately (7+4). But after taking the order they gave us a separate private area, so that we could have our lunch together. That moment we prasied them for their hospitality. But from then on we waited for nearly 1 hour to get the food. Meanwhile they were serving another group with the same food they claimed to be ready with them. After that long period of wait they came up with chicken biriyani ( clearly it was just rice with fried pieces of chicken in it and no masala?) Still some time later they came with the veg meals they said to be ready beforehand. The food was pathetic, curry not enough ,even for 2. Very pathetic customer service. As we were running out of time, we couldn't serve them right..!!! The most surprising factor is that they were still taking orders clearly knowing that they can never...

Everything they claim to be of their speciality is honestly just below average food. The place is okayish and is normally clean (or not dirty).

A good place for families to dine, though the food isn't up to the mark. There is also a park for kids in the compound behind the diner. The waiters are usually very friendly and can help you with your choices but the sad truth is, you wouldn't really enjoy their food much if you're not from around the place. The restaurant seems to be popular among locals and if I am to be honest, you can't find much better restaurants around either.

So after all, if you're really in need for some food, the restaurant wouldn't disappoint you, but nor would it...
